Haiku

I always loved poetry, and was envious of poets who can make such captivating poems. Some of my favorites are Neruda, Kipling and Dickenson.

But there are so many more that I could never remember them all. I used to go quite often to the local venues where they had poetry readings. One of my favorite activities to do here in New York City.

Since I create these gorgeous floral scarves, I like putting a piece of poetry to go with them. I have used other people's poetry and thought I should write my own. It is certainly not easy, especially haiku. The above is my first.
